Pretty sure this sale wasn't from a director. The latest annual report has 3 directors listed being Steve Baxter, Danny Hogan and Wayne Jones.
That said, yes was from a top 20 shareholder who will still be in the top few of the top 20 shareholder list post sale. It is totally understandable that people need to release funds (or whatever) from time to time. IMO the fact that they kept so many shares in the company is a vote of confidence.
As for the share price, we will have to wait and see what happens when the 'freak entertainment' store opens. I did take a look at Scentre Group though, 42 Westfields is a pretty big carrot dangling if this is a success.
