I think the message is diluted when they don't include the contract value, it makes it hard for investors to determine the impact to the company. Because of this you don't get the big spikes. We do know this deal is Profit and Cash accretive, but we may only find out when they release their quarterly cash reports, how much accretive.
That said, we get big upside surprises when they get released, such as recently when it was announced it was cash positive.
