What price will they raise at and who is going to pay?
$65 million ($18.5 million cash and $46.5 million in scrip) with equity
consideration issued at 4.23 cents per share
AD1 has 1.96mil in bank
5 mill loan available
Where is the 11 mil coming from?
Loan dept increase?
Will there be an institution to pay 11 mil at 4.23 cents.
Share holders , directors ?
