It’s a big deal, also done at 4 cents. But how will they sell this to brokers to raise the massive funds, dilute the crap out of shareholders at 2 cents? I’d say so. Looks to me like an old mates deal setting each other up nicely from past favours. Let’s wait and see as AD1 has done very little the last 12 months.
