Probably someone has been accumulating for a while.
Before the AGM, quite frequently someone came in late afternoon to buy up to $1.26. Apparently he/she was waiting for the selling queue to pile up some volume before taking action. Later he moved his buy price up to $1.28. Then came the AGM and this type of buying action disappear until this afternoon.
