I'm not sure what they're trying to achieve. It's unlikely that any more than a tiny fraction of the order would get filled. Spoof orders to stack the queue are usually well off the current price. If they're trying to pump the price by giving the appearance of demand... well it's so lightly traded you could throw a few thousand bucks at the close and push up the close price at minimal cost. Very Strange!
