With the money they have, and the projects they currently have, they should (and are) just concentrating on getting them shored up and not spread themselves too thin financially, or else none of the projects they have will get up and running. It's a small cap stock that is crawling before they walk, with huge potential.
A bit more patience is needed, but hang in there !
