    I live not too far away from these Lang Lang and Nyora sand deposits.
    Plenty of demand for the product as the amount of trucks leaving the quarries is huge.

    Should be a good investment going forward. Not too many opportunities to substitute the product anywhere else around Melbourne with planning permits in place.
