It would be immoral and unethical for the Directors to consider grabbing a stake in this project for themselves... either by a cheap equity placement... or through a JV spin off of a chunk to an entity in which they have a beneficial interest...
especially as..
Last cash raising was done at twenty two cents... current price is three cents..
Pocket consolidation was done at fifteen cents.... current price is three cents..
Directors have lived very well off fees charged to the company.... now is the time for them to deliver something back to the long suffering share holders...
This project is potentially worth hundreds of millions of dollars... shareholders are not going to see that diluted cheaply... shareholders have suffered long enough we are not going to sit by and watch if greedy individuals try to steal from us...
