I would have found a dilution through placement... or give away (take away) JV too much... after this company's performance to date.... the fees paid to Directors.... and the fact they are spending on exploration in South Aus...
Sellers at three and a half cents is confusing... we have a nine million tonne plus coal JORC... and production by the forth quarter..
