As Fourth Quarter 2011 is two weeks away..... my guess is we are behind schedule....

Just a small communication from the company explaining why we have repeatedly failed to hit these published targets..... and giving share holders realistic guidance on what progress.... if any... we can expect over the coming months... is surely... not too much to ask... surely not given the $$$$$$ that are being taken off the table each Quarter in fees and expenses...
