What this means is that the shares will be capped at 1.9c now until there is a major strike and enough ramping volume to offload 32M shares…or..
I dont know if maybe they could have sold short above 1.9c reading the tea leaves that they will have 32m at 1.9 cents any day to pay back.
Not sure if ADD is allowed to be shorted.

More important is for the company to find some economically viable nickel
