The only reason I can think of for them doing a CR at this price is to tank the share price so they can buy a chunk on the cheap and possibly take it private.
This has to be one of the strangest things I have ever seen, and is a massive "**** you" to the shareholders that have been loyal.
There has got to be more behind this, and I would suggest it is entirely self serving.
