I can't recall if BB was ever a director of Grafex Limitada, but he would have resigned at around the same time he resigned from Triton.
BB or proxy would have attended creditors meetings as an employee creditor claiming his termination payment.
I think he also attended the November (delayed) AGM as an observer and perhaps to reassure himself that no libellous statements were made.
No mention of Grafex in AGM presso or OzPB's notes; appears no urgency but I wish this issue would be resolved before long.
