    Maybe I got this wrong, but are they suggesting the $1M Director's Loan will now be repayable in mid-2023? I thought the R&D refund was going to repay the loan, as the loan was secured against the refund.

    Has something changed?

    If the business is carrying a $1M+ loan with 12% coupon, and loosing $500k per quarter, how is this viable?

    Red flags everywhere here.
