They have promoted concepts, raised cash, issued billions of shares, consolidated, and had continual administrative issues with the listing.

The CEO when setting up Frugl claimed the company was now going to be on the fast track to creating shareholder value.

The opposite has occurred.

The share price has collapsed and they have run out of cash
