Yup I don’t like dilution for marketing services, projects should speak for themselves and not need to be pushed to retail via marketers. Another 16m in employee incentives is also hard to swallow given we are sitting sub 10c and employees are already (esp in managements case) being paid very very well.
one would hope Brazil drill results are mammoth to give us some momentum
