The market is fickle. One qrt of over achieving on revenue but low on margin and the market overreacts and halves the value of the business. This at a time when they’re trying to cross sell and therefore probably did a bit of discounting to start the cross selling.
Do you really think that $60K of Rights with a TSR hurdle and ~$10Kpa for retention is a lot of money shared amongst the top two execs?
