I urge fellow owners of SP3 to consider carefully, the performance of the board and CEO since Gerard Dyson's appointment to the CEO role in July 2019.

I have noted in previous posts the absolutely appalling performance in terms of return of invested capital especially in relation to the most important strategic initiative; outbound sales department.

The growth in outbound sales has been paltry to say the least. It is my view that the investments made by the owners of this company have not been managed well in establishing an effective sales division. Dyson reflected ever so briefly in the last investor briefing that sales people he has hired haven't always worked out. This is clear.

There must be a message sent to the board and CEO that clearly states investors dissatisfaction at their performance. The most effective way available is a vote at the AGM and the remuneration report.

I have put forward my discontent via this voting option and I urge my fellow owners of SP3 to do the same if you also share my view of the ineffective use of our capital over the last 3.5 years. See link in the AGM notice here...
