I understood that $4.5 million was needed to start the venture, they need working capital to kick start the company and complete preliminary exploration activities, much has already been done but more needs doing.

I was not aware that the minimum of $4.5 million was an all or nothing equation though.

The best way to ensure the launch and success of Godolphin is to subscribe and spread the word about the great opportunity that awaits.

I think that Godolphin will move very quickly, I also think that once we have defined resource and approval we will be toll treating our ore to gain cashflow quickly. we will not be waiting like we have for the nickel projects underway (Goongarrie)

I feel that the minimum subscription will be met and we may be oversubscribed. IMO
