Muddying the waters was a good way to put it. My confidence that this will actually happen just went from close to 100%, to about 75%. I just went thru this with another holding of mine, where a spin off that was part of their business plan kept getting postponed after the announcement until finally it was cancelled, and the SP tanked. I hope this goes thru, I've purchased more shares recently partially influenced by the assumption this spin off will happen. When I see a firmly articulated business plan begin to come apart, it definitely concerns me. I do understand the company needs to disclose these kinds of things, so I will sit tight and wait for things to unfold.
