    It does.

    They are asking for 120M shares + 18M for Roth Capital if they exercise the option for another 15% from IPO.
    So asking shareholders for 138M.
    Think there may have been an oversight in not allowing for the 15% for Roth in the first instance ( ie. should have been a vote for 115M, not 100M ).
