Good to see management have been more considered taking into account the current EV with their requests for approval around company funded shares + performance share milestones.
Possibly listened to shareholder feedback one could reasonably surmise.
I think they will likely see more vote in favour of granting these resolutions as a result. A cherry on top to see these passed would come if we continue to see on market activity from Chris and the Board prior to the AGM.
