Be careful what you wish for, eh?
The company has made an effort here to explain circumstances better, but it's too technical for my limited capabilities.
They have explained the authority is limited to a 12 month period, which sits better with me.
I trust that this CR is a necessary one for us to move forward. With this better understanding, I will vote FOR this addendum and also change my vote for Resolution 3 to FOR.
If anyone out there has the skills to translate this document into simple English I will welcome it.
