Meaning they are asking us to trust them for another 12 months ungoverned (or minimally so) with capital needs. I will vote against it because I expect them to be better managed with regard to capital and financial planning as well as pay some regard to our rights.
They can still do capital raisings, but wont be able to mislead us with sudden raises, because now they will need to get our agreement.
