But to be clear, I know we will need another capital raise and will have no choice but to support it when it does happen, but I do not agree to surrender my rights for transparency on the capital raises. If we vote NO, they can no longer tell us a fancy story and then hit us the week later with a uturn (which they knew about all along).
They have not shown themselves to be accountable or transparent, so I will not vote in favour of giving them this ability to mislead us again.
