The web of these directors and inside dealings is very complicated, would take some high level journalism, 4 corners from ABC would do it justice. Im just going over all of @fooca great work, and its amazing to see all this stuff play out when you know the connections involved.

Look now at CPS Capital , Jason Petersons company, the amount of seemingly similar activity across their holdings is scarey, look at AHN and SRN, both had recent pumps and now CPS dumping which is evident only by the fact that they had to put in their ceasing to be a substantial holder notice. The amount of insider activity that must go on is frightening but somewhat expected.

Just goes to show really need to do your due diligence on the top holders and management of a stock before you invest.
