Have Milestones 1 & 2 been met already? Can someone clarify?

Addendum to meeting states:

Issue to the Intiger Shareholders:
(i) 250,000,000 Class A Performance Shares; and
(ii) 250,000,000 Class B Performance Shares,

and in the notice of meeting before, the milestones state:

(i) Class A: the aggregate audited consolidated net profit after tax of the
Intiger Group being not less than A$1,000,000 between the date of
issue of the Performance Shares and 30 June 2019 (Milestone).
(ii) Class B: the aggregate audited consolidated net profit after tax of the​

Intiger Group being not less than A$4,000,000 between the date

Class A & B have been met?
