Personally Barry81, I don't think the DSO has been delayed. IMO BC was never close to having a deal done - I suspected this when he announced the inevitable CR last year before a DSO announcement and gave my reasons why a DSO was not going to be to forthcoming anytime soon.
The only way BC knows how to make money is by cash raisings - he sure as hell can't get any projects off the ground! More dilution around the corner.
