From Rare Earths records - On June 25, 2008, the Company acquired 100% ownership in the Hinton Coal Property (the
“Hinton Property”) in the Foothills Region of central Alberta for $1 million and a 5% net profits royalty on any sale of coal from the property.

According to their releases in June 2010 they tried to on sell for $3,000,000 and 3% net royalty which would equate to an 8% royalty cost on the project for the eventual purchaser. Throw into the mix government royalties then it's no wonder they haven't sold it as yet.
