After looking at the location of the new leases it occurs to me that Coalspur the company may not be taken over.
Vista, with or without South Vista, could be sold off and the cash raised used to finance a mine on the site of the new leases.
Enough money to fund the new mine + cash in the bank with no debt and a distribution to shareholders.

No matter how you look at it, these leases are going to result in a different operation than Vista.

Just a thought.....
