The next owners will do very well out if it (as long as they bring in new management of course.) Imagine being a mining company that has a strong commodity price, the complete support of both the government & local community & still ballsing it up this badly. Ramp ups are notoriously hard but they've dug themselves such a big financial hole that it's hard to see a way out of it.
