The reality is small companies will always be doing cap raisings until such time they are actually producing their own product and making money to pay the bills. You either raise money or you become insolvent.

Sometimes it takes longer then other times depending on circumstances . But this is part of the journey that all small cap stocks have to endure.

Perhaps in future you would be better suited to investing in the larger type companies that are already making money and are self sufficient, where cap raisings are not a requirement to keep trading.

Just my thoughts.
