certainly an eye catching and impressive presentation. as always, consistent with high quality data presentations and reminds me of the determination bse has to execute a mine in Toliara. great news.
I am suspicious that Monzanite licencing could be used as a government stuttering excuse, but time will tell.

it would also seem that a lot of work and lot of discussions and a lot of excitement are afoot regarding funding permutations...
