    If you read the announcement carefully, its a clarification to the previous announcement 16/8/17.
    It would seem that after the ASX please explain notice, that BUX was virtually forced to make todays announcement. The tone of the text in some instances would indicate that BUX were not happy about having to make todays announcement. They sort of indicate that they think its a nothing announcement but irrespective some holders became a little nervous and sold out.
    Just my own personal opinion.
