    re: Ann: Additional Disclosure for securities... I haven't seen this much activity in PEN for several months now. Looks like the insto boys are getting a bit more serious now; a good sign! Nobody works this hard unless it's laying the ground for something......

    If you've been in speccy stocks for any length of time you will have seen this before - a good shakeout to clear the decks of anyone with less than a resolve of steel; testing for supply around and possibly just under the long term support trendline.

    If you have even the smallest bit of faith in the unfolding Uranium story, and believe PEN will get their SML in March, then now is not the time to sell!
