While this is disappointing, it is unfair to blame the board.....the problem here is Xcel and the fact that they are contracted as advisors.....they can do nothing and collect fees....and, when a deal is done, like this, they clip the ticket with grubby raises....
I like both projects but Xcel are toxic, imo....
I will consider an entry again, as the projects will generate news, and the REE project could really amount to something if they take it seriously.....but for now, just watching
