look leases arent granted yet & although CDT has historical data from previous miners there something there but as to wether it viable is to be determined but you dont have to be a genius to figure out that everywhere around chinook /earaheedy numerous companies are finding something.
any land around rumble finding something & rumble looking at tier 1 deposit going for km's.
even if you just buying CDT for graphite or potential graphite spinoff thats your 2c it currently is.
if you just looking at earaheedy you waiting for permits & looking at 10c if the first few drill holes confirm deposit.
and share price doesnt even look at gold assets or graphite....or lithium.
what im trying to say is wether they long or short term holders there minimal downside at 2c & greater upside.
anyhow just my thoughts.
