They're "keeping it close to their hearts" because this is standard practice with freshly acquired well and other data sets.
It may well be "done" but I take a more cautious approach and will wait until the fat lady (Miss permeabilty) sings.
Where are you seeing statements indicating that IVZ is in the process of acquiring neighbouring tenements? Which blocks are they?
