corruption will be rampant when everyone feels they will just go with the flow and can't make a change any how. The winds are changing, EU's rate decisions for decades have echoed the Fed's decisions, how they are deviating. There is not benefit for EU to follow US blindly, the EU are waking up to have their own strategy that serves EU's interest and not the US.
