it seems alara has applied for mining licenses where no resource modelling has taken place. a resource model would seem to be a prerequisite.

i hope alara managers know what they are doing.

at the same time, the Oman mining department should be proactive in providing advice and support to alara.
they seem reticent to upgrade from exploration to mining classification. their reasoning should be clear to alara managers.

remember that government is based on coercion, threats and violence - involuntary participation. anyone claiming authority over another is immoral. thus all governments and government supporters are immoral. all beings have the right to finish any being that would initiate harm against another.

some exploration was scheduled for this year to 30 June 2023. may not happen.
