Someone, prob a broker, is using this news to exit a position. Selling into 2c is constant, and until that seller is clear this will not get traction unless we land a major deal of course.
Chart still looks like its based though and there has been enough supporting buyers to hold this around 2c which is still a break of the base.
All EMA's are now pointing up including the 200.
