I would say that most of that money will go to paying the directors fees for the next couple of years I can also see a bonus to Rowbottam for organising the funding agreement.

As for new projects, If the directors come up with new projects they will claim it to be a win for the shareholders and give themselves a further financial pat on the back whether or not any cash flow is generated by this new found opportunity.

When they are unable to bring these new projects to fruition they resign from the company, with a hefty payout and move onto another company and another group of shareholders to exploit.

And so the cycle continues.
