    The transaction will take time because of legal and tax issues across several jurisdictions. All the t's and i's have to be taken care of. The delays to date is just getting the AIM and ASX to agree that it could be done. I think that once all the nitty gritty stuff is done we may hear a whole lot more. Watch this space.
