Good indication. It's psychologically good to go for positive cashflow all round. For lenders, for shareholders, for customers (who always have to keep in mind the viability of their vendors) and also for the management who've been slugging away at this for years. Still will need ongoing debt to supercharge the rollout of this tech which ultimately is for better law enforcement and better equipped/ready defence forces in democracies. World has had enough war over the last 120 years, and we know vividly what happened, so time to kurb it. I sort of think that the Ukraine Russia thing may be heralding in a new era where large slabs of territory can't be grabbed anymore, providing defensive tech is prudently developed. What has happened has relied on huge soviet stockpiles of armour. That can't be easily developed, certainly not secretly.
