An interesting question. Its possible net pay down to sidetrack TD is from the sidetrack and pay from that depth to TD of the main bore has been added to that. It would be unusual but not entirely invalid to do it this way. The alternative would be to quote net pay in siderack only and then add in pay below sidetrack TD once its extended in 6" hole.
