We saw the rally begin yesterday here locally following Powell's Xmas present to traders that in 2024 rates are more than likely starting to lower in the USA next year. So, it doesn't take Einstein to workout that small caps SP's will be propelled upwards going forwards as interest rates start to lower.

But caution is called for in 2024. You see, historically markets usually bottom in a short period following the first rate cut. So although we are probably in a santa rally right now, a bottom in the market could occur in the month or 2 following the first interest rate cut, my guess mid 2024. In any case, I am simply staying long small caps & this IVZ share price could be huge in a couple of years.
