It was SM himself making that comparison and he was saying the PB is hardly producing and and having great difficulty monetising the resources they have. he went on to say IVZ will not have these difficulties as there is a direct path to monetisation through Sabre and power generation something along those lines. Seems reasonable to me and I don’t think Scott McMillan is on drugs even if it is a possible case of being high on his own supply…. Australia should have started building the great EW transcountry pipeline 5 years ago - it would be finished by now.
