ie. 'at the end of December (or longer if we can get away with it) we'll begin to start thinking about potentially looking at whether we might be able to make any money here...'

This has unfortunately been CDT in a nutshell for years - moving slowly, going round in circles & giving just enough hope to keep $ coming in at the cap raises to keep the lights on.

It's really frustrating because I think CDT's sitting on some good assets. A fast-moving, decisive MD with charisma & a bit of marketing savvy could turn this into the next Chalice.
