I think they are preparing in addition to a confirmed detailed expanded JoRc a scoping study for the AUS government and US government DOD REE funding to develop the the deposit for the REEs the zinc and lead are actually credits .

Obviously both governments won't fund it all so I do see a JV partner suppling the all the residual equity to get this to production .

I know it's hard to see now but all I've read so far points this way the alternative is that they still do all of this but then sell it off but I like this less as Bruce is a hoarder and a good deal maker , I rate his track record at about 80% positive the one blemish is the fidelity claims which is still yet to play out , so he would rather deal than lose it IMHO.
